Purchasing an Existing Home
Most homes close to the downtown district and along Lake Avenue (one of the most beautiful “Main Streets” in Nebraska) are 70+ years old. The growth in Gothenburg has been to the north edge of town, with a few new homes being built at Wild Horse Golf Club. A tract of land in the northeast part of town has recently been developed with infrastructure in place. These lots are priced between $25,000 and $28,000.
